Shalom, I am new here and would like to know more about kosher food. As I am from Malaysia, we do not have any kosher food here, so at the moment I am not eating pork nor any sea food beside fish. Like if the meat were to be kosher, I do not think there is any. So what ever I eat, meat, I mean, it is non kosher, so as I was thinking if ,it is so, than should I be still try to be eating kosher? Not unless I go vegan. I ever asked this question before but I did not get any answer as I think they were thinking I was fooling around and not serious. Please bare with me as I am only learning the Torah now. I was a Methodist before and am now learning the Messianic way of life.any answer is much appreciated! pax4ever.

Here is a website that is very helpful to me. I do not look just for kosher marked products but I do read labels and watch for hidden ingrediants such as gelatin which is usually made from pork. Hope this helps.
